Water Worx Dive Center Bali was established in June 2001 and opened its doors to the public in September the same year.
The founders are David Ruland and Wolfgang Krutz, two SSI + PADI Scuba Diving Instructors with years of working experience in Bali's SCUBA Diving Tourism.
Our Dive Center, Dive Resort and SCUBA Diving School is located on
Bali's tranquil east coast in Padang Bai, a typically
small Balinese fishing village with gorgeous white sand beaches where Bali is still Bali. Fortunately, the best
dive sites of Bali are on our front doorstep, most of them are reached by speed boat or by
traditional outrigger boat. It is our ambition to make your
SCUBA diving holiday as special, enjoyable and as safe as possible, therefore we prefer to dive in small groups (maximum 4 divers per Dive Master or
Diving Instructor). This is all done for a very reasonable price.
Bali's Dive Sites offer a wide variety of underwater environments. From drift diving at
Nusa Penida, muck diving at Secret Bay or Pura Jati, the famous
Liberty ship wreck at
Tulamben, the shark cave and vertical walls at
Gili Biaha, the sea mounts of
Gili Tepekong or
Manta Rays at
Manta Point,
Bali has something for every diver and diving certification level. Bali's reefs are amongst the richest and most
diverse in the world and are home to amazing hard and soft coral, sea fans and a kaleidoscope of colorful tropical fish.
At Water Worx Dive Center Bali we are teaching all the SSI and PADI scuba diving courses from Discover
Scuba Diving to Dive Master. We also offer besides the regular diving courses a wide range of Specialty diving courses such as
Deep Diver, Wreck Diver, Underwater Photographer, Underwater Naturalist, Drift Diver and many more...

The Water Worx Dive Center Bali offers
1 day SCUBA diving trips to all of Bali's dive sites and neighboring islands as well as multi day SCUBA diving safaris to all of Bali's
dive sites including pick up from your hotel or from the airport.
Customized diving safaris are our specialty.
Group discounts are available on request.

Dive safaris are round trips by air conditioned coach with over night stay near the dive sites. This way you get to see more of Bali and at the same time you safe a lot of
time in the coach by not traveling back and forth between dive sites and the south of Bali (Sanur, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Jimbaran, Ubud).
Customized dive safaris are our specialty. You tell us where and how many days you wish to dive and we put the best together for you !!
From June to November Bali's Dive Sites are frequented by the elusive and mysterious Ocean Sunfish or Mola

The Indonesian Archipelago is with it's 17000 islands the largest Archipelago of the world. Away from the densely populated main islands you will find thousands of
uninhabited islands surrounded by crystal clear waters with untouched coral reefs. Scenic coral islands with white sandy beaches along with volcanic islands covered by rainforest, rice
fields, mountain lakes and waterfalls paint the breathtaking landscape.
The best way to explore this island world with it's under water treasures is a Liveaboard dive cruise on a traditional Buginese Schooner.
